Welcome Megan Hayslip, US Director of Hope Centre Children’s Home Ministries!

Hope Centre Children’s Home and interest in the orphanage ministry has grown so much that we knew from the Lord it was time that Hope Centre became its own 501c3 organization!

With this change, we are honored to announce that Megan Hayslip has officially assumed the role of US Director of Hope Centre Children’s Home in the United States. Megan assumes leadership of all aspects of Hope Centre for its direction, vision, and operations in the US. Megan and her husband Eric, along with their two children, Madison & Elijah, have been actively involved with Hope Centre for the past several years, traveling each year for the annual Vacation Bible School held each June. Megan has been a Licensed Cosmetologist for fifteen years and is a graduate of Southern Union State Community College in Wadley, Alabama.

Missy Russell now assumes the work of Associate Director of the Hope Centre, which includes leading student events, such as Vacation Bible School (VBS). Missy will be coordinating the planning, organizing, and implementation of student events that take place in Kenya and often include US-based travelers. Missy and her husband, David, co-founded Rise Church, a life-giving church in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Madison Hayslip has been appointed Associate Director of Student Life & Partner Services for Hope Centre. She will be corresponding regularly with the partners of Hope Centre as well as sharing with individuals, churches, and civic groups how Hope Centre is working to help our students navigate their current situations in life, as well as advising the leadership with ideas to help improve the student life of Hope Centre. Madison is also our top recruiter for our June VBS Outreach at Hope Centre. She is a Junior at Auburn University and counts Hope Centre as her “second home.”

David and Pam Copeland will continue to be actively involved as a liaison for Hope Centre, sharing the needs and vision of Hope Centre in speaking events across the United States.
